Flamenco Tangos and Tanguillos
After receiving an overwhelming number of participants in 2010, Diego Guerrero returns to the Boite Singers Festival in 2013 offering entirely new material covering the styles of flamenco Tangos and Tanguillos. In this workshop, flamenco lovers will learn lyrics, palmas (clapping), guitar and cajon accompaniment, culminating in a "corro" (song circle), incorporating everything learned throughout the day. No prior experience is required for singers. Instrumentalists (guitar or cajon) with some flamenco experience are welcome to attend and learn the accompaniment for the singers.
