The Boite has been presenting World Music Cafe events since 1989. Every weekend from March-November Mark St Hall comes alive with acoustic live music events. Here the audience can engage with musicians and cultures from around the world. On the menu, a variety of snacks and treats complements the music.
The World Music Cafe presents a series of intimate concerts at venues across Melbourne; the famous Mark St Hall in North Fitzroy, Box Hill Community Arts Centre and St Margaret's Hall in Eltham.
At the beautiful Box Hill Community Arts Centre, the Boite presents a series of world music concerts and the Surrey Music Cafe program of Jazz.
The World Music Cafe Season runs from from March to November.
