Solquemia Spanish Guitar

Alejandro founded Solquemia in 2009 from his love and dedication to the Spanish Guitar. He is a flamenco guitarist, composer and is lead guitarist and musical director for SENES Flamenco Dance Ensemble.
"Solquemia" is a musical project by Alejandro Florez, who continues to collaborate with various artists including guitarists, singers and percussion/bass, featuring Flamenco and Spanish guitar melodies. It is also the name of his debute album, which was received with great global success and has sold thousands of copies in Australia and overseas.

He has also carried on his love for instrumental guitar with Flamenco Guitar project "Solquemia" and has enjoyed exploring arrangements for both cante, percussion and second guitar, collaborating with some of the country's best guitarists.

Alejandro currently provides private flamenco guitar lessons in Melbourne, Victoria and Canberra.
He holds in person and online workshops and masterclasses for all ages and levels.
