Beloved Abe:
Beloved Abe is a Melbourne-based Filipino-Australian singer-songwriter whose soulful, stripped-back sound draws from folk, world and country music. Her songwriting explores identity, family, culture and the experience of finding home between two worlds, weaving personal stories into music that feels intimate, honest and deeply rooted in her heritage.
Ben Trillado:
Queer Filipino singer-songwriter Benjamin Trillado grew up in Melbourne’s inner west, spending a majority of his childhood in the food court of Sunshine Plaza or writing angsty songs in the confines of his tiny bedroom.
Today, his music reaches global audiences, with his debut single ‘Glue’ reaching over 800,000 listeners. Locally, Benjamin is known for his heart-wrenching lyrics, with Triple J’s Dave Ruby Howe describing him as “an artist whose grasp on sensitive story-telling is impeccable”.
