Shaking the Tree is one of Melbourne’s most vibrant and exciting choirs full of heart, soul and good fun. Collaborating this year with Colombian master-percussionist Gustavo Moreno, their set is peppered with dynamic cumbias and evocative mariachi tunes alongside much-loved classics like Leonard Cohen, Sinead O’Connor, Casey Chambers and the Warumpi band. Son Candela - Directly from South America and now well established in Melbourne, Son Candela is a dynamic trio featuring guitar, cahon and vocals and delivering a fantastic blend of Flamenco music with Latin Classics.
