The Boite Presents SUITCASE, as part of "The Portfolio Project", a professional development program creating opportunities for 15 emerging culturally diverse artists/bands in Melbourne/Naarm to showcase their music!

Jazz infused neo-soul artist, Melody Kin and folk, country singer-songwriter Suzie So Blue will be kicking off the first of five shows in the SUITCASE series.

Suzie So Blue Suzie So Blue is a singer-song writer in a dark folk style. Having played previously Czech Polka, Bossa Nova and rock folk she is broadly influenced. Now emerging with her own unique voice and instruments, Suzie So Blue’s dobro banjo and tremolo tenor guitar explore love and life with four strings and the truth.

Melody Kin Melody Kin writes jazz-infused neo-soul melodies that ooze a sense of cosy wholeness while her lyrics invite her audience to embrace their own inner power. Her sound embodies the feeling of a warm hug and an inspired pep talk from your bestie, leaving you soothed and ready to celebrate your own self-worth.
