About the Event
Jason Khaw Trio is Jason Khaw (vocals/ acoustic Guitar), Phil Sheppard (acoustic bass/ viola) and Nilay Thakkar (tabla). We will playing songs from Jason Khaw's two albums, Freedom Badge and Peace River and a few songs from his forthcoming album. Jason's songs are borne out of his own observations and personal experiences. Interspersed with backstage stories, the style is a combination of folk, blues, jazz and world music. Doors 12.40pm. Show starts at 1.00pm. The Granger Cafe serves lunch and great coffee.
